Privacy Policy
The short version
The calculators run entirely in your web browser: grades, bills, loan figures, and passwords you enter are processed on your device and never sent to us or anyone else. The site does use Google Analytics to understand how pages are used and Google AdSense to show ads, and those services collect standard usage data via cookies, as described below.
Information we collect
We do not collect what you type into the calculators — there are no accounts or sign-ups, and no server of ours receives your entries. Our third-party partners do collect some data: Google Analytics records anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, browser type, approximate location), and Google AdSense uses cookies to serve and personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com and block analytics with common browser extensions.
Local storage
Some tools remember your settings — for example your question count and custom grade scale — using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device, is never transmitted, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Third-party services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, styling from the Tailwind CSS CDN, analytics from Google Analytics, and advertising from Google AdSense. When your browser talks to these services they receive your IP address as part of the ordinary web request, and Analytics and AdSense set cookies, all subject to Google's privacy policy. No calculator data is ever included in those requests.
Children's privacy
Our tools are safe for classroom use: nothing typed into a calculator is collected, so no student work or grades are ever gathered. Standard Google Analytics and AdSense cookies apply as on any ad-supported website.
